My name is Sam Lytle and after creating a unique smartphone app concept called the OggBoard that gained the attention of CNET, Kotaku and Engadget, I built a strong 3D modeling and animating team that successfully developed the hardware and software proof of concept for this idea.
Unfortunately, at this time, I didn't understand vital business concept such as building a brand or developing a platform and OggStudios never left the launch pad.
I have now used the lessons learned from the OggBoard along with my education and experience in civil engineering to build another 3D visualization studio, this time focusing on the transportation and construction industry.
Civil FX is still growing but I am already able to work on the biggest jobs in my industry and support my family of 5 and a small team.
