Children's Book About Guns: A Kids Picture Book About Guns with Photos and Fun Facts

Abigal Tyler is pleased to present her new picture book for kids. This easy reading book for children contains fun facts about guns throughout history. They’ll learn how the development of guns changed lives in the Old West and in the world of today.

This informational picture book is written for children ages 7 to 12. It contains a variety of information on the use of guns, and their history. It’s illustrated with 18 great graphic images. It offers interesting facts, in simple language. Although the material is appropriate for these ages, younger children should read it with their parents.

Students will encounter new words and concepts. They'll read about the fall of Constantinople in 1453, when it faced the first cannon. They’ll read about how Mark Twain won his only duel with pistols. They’ll also learn about the blunderbuss, and the horseback riders who used them.Other subjects in the book include Jesse James, the bank robber, the Gatling gun in the Civil War, and why General Custer lost his battle with Native Americans.

Most of the book’s images are illustrations and appropriate photographs. These are most effective when read on a Kindle Fire, or the Kindle Application on a tablet device, or PC. They can be viewed clearly on black and white readers. Only the color dimension is lacking.

Children will also find answers to kid-style questions.
