Includes:

Part 1 - Preparation
This is part 1 in the 13B Rebuild series. Join instructor Paul Morgan and student Lance Warren as they methodically assess what needs to be replaced and why, what can be re-used safely, the new parts, the tools required for the job and cleaning of the parts before assembly.

Part 2 - Rotors
Join instructor Paul Morgan and student Lance Warren again in this Part 2 'Rotors' dvd as they select the 13B rotors, and show you all the tricks of the trade to get the best results during assembly.
They examine and accurately fit all the corner, side and band seals to the optimum tolerances and specifications

Part 3 - Engine
Paul and Lance tackle the assembly of the engine in the part 3 'Engine' DVD. This includes preparation and fitting of seals and gaskets into the rotor housings and end plates. They will show you how to assemble the engine block together using the standard tools in preparation of the final disc and part 4, 'Setting the End Float'.

Part 4 - End Float
In this final Part 4 DVD, Paul and Lance perform the final assembly of the engine. This includes setting the End Float and fitting the other major components such as the oil pump ancilleries and front cover.
