There is a color-photo section, comprising most of the book, with 124 color photos of model aircraft, from the Wright "Flyer", the world's first successful heavier-than-air powered flying machine, to two experimental re-entry vehicles, the M2F2 and the HI 10. Each photo is accompanied by explanatory text, giving information on the original airplane and the name of the model maker, including the scale proportions.
