Alfred has worked in the health and fitness profession for the past 15 years. An acclaimed speaker and excellent personal trainer, Alfred's goal is to help people not just look good but feel good as well! When the human body is toxic, it causes the delicate PH of the body to shift towards the acid side of the scale. what this means is that the body, in a defensive move, shifts the acid into the fat cells of the body, thus keeping the acid out of the blood and organs. This causes oxidation of the fat cell and the body surrounds the fat cell with fluid to protect it, like Paul Chek says "the body's solution to pollution in dilution!" this means that the fat cell is isolated and cant be used as fuel by the liver and also causes cellulite, puffey eyes and then later on chronic conditions like diabetes, cholesterol etc!
