The Training Doctrine and Command-sponsored Army Transformation Wargame (ATWG) 2000 held in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in spring 2000 was designed to support the Army Transformation to the Objective Force, provide a visualization for this force's strategic and operational environment, and to facilitate understanding of the Army vision.
