The original Sandman series was such a huge success both financially and critically, and it offered such a diverse cast of characters with endless possibilities, that DC Comics would have had to be crazy not to capitalize on the title. Eisner-award winning creator and writer Bill Willingham of fame has been responsible for some of the series' best tales, among which is this one, a collection of short stories answering questions about dreams and , that fictional place that is the realm of Dream, aka Morpheus, the protagonist in Gaiman's original Sandman series. Incidentally Todd Klein won the 2002 Eisner Award for Best Lettering in part for his work on this title.
